Conditions Requiring Aids and Hiv Instruction

A magistrate may require as a condition of bond that a defendant charged with an offense under Section 43.02 (Prostitution) or 43.021 (Solicitation of Prostitution), Penal Code, receive counseling or education, or both, relating to acquired immune deficiency syndrome or human immunodeficiency virus.
