Appropriate psychological counseling services for a student who is deaf or hard of hearing shall be made available at the student’s school site in the student’s primary mode of communication. In the case of a student who is hard of hearing, appropriate auditory systems to enhance oral communication shall be used if required by the student’s admission, review, and dismissal committee.Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
