Administrative Penalty

Except as provided by Section 122.403 (Negligent Violations by License Holder) and to the extent permitted under 7 U.S.C. Section 1639p(e), the department may impose an administrative penalty or other administrative sanction for a violation of this chapter or a rule or order adopted under this chapter, including a penalty or sanction under Section 12.020 (Administrative Penalties) or 12.0201 (License Sanctions).
