Tex. Agric. Code Section 122.401
Penalty Schedule

(a)

The department by rule shall adopt a schedule of sanctions and penalties for violations of this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter that does not conflict with 7 U.S.C. Section 1639p(e).

(b)

A penalty collected under this chapter other than a civil penalty collected under Subchapter H must be deposited in the state hemp production account under Section 122.003 (State Hemp Production Account).
