Tex. Agric. Code Section 122.104
Term; Renewal


(a)

A license is valid for one year and may be renewed as provided by this section.

(b)

The department shall renew a license if the license holder:

(1)

is not ineligible to hold the license under Section 122.102 (License Ineligibility);

(2)

submits to the department the license renewal fee; and

(3)

does not owe any outstanding fee described by Section 122.052 (Fees).
