Tex. Agric. Code Section 122.303
Retail Sale of Out-of-state Products


A nonconsumable hemp product manufactured outside of this state may be sold at retail in this state unless:

(1)

the hemp used to manufacture the product was cultivated illegally; or

(2)

the retail sale of the product in this state violates federal law.
