Sec. § 57.155
Contents of Report


The engineer’s report shall contain a complete plan for draining land, constructing levees on land, and reclaiming land of the district from overflow or damage by waters from streams inside or adjacent to the district which may affect land in the district. The report shall also include a description of the physical characteristics of the land within the district and the location of any public roads, railroads, rights-of-way and roadways, and other improvements on the land of the district.


The plan may include, and where necessary must include, the costs of straightening streams which may injure the land of the district.
