Sec. § 522.026
Limitation on Number of Driver’s Licenses; Offense


A person commits an offense if the person drives a commercial motor vehicle and has more than one drivers license.


It is an affirmative defense to prosecution of an offense under this section that the offense occurred during the 10-day period beginning on the date the person was issued a drivers license.


An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
