Rules on Consequences of Criminal Conviction


The medical board shall adopt rules and guidelines as necessary to comply with Chapter 53 (Consequences of Criminal Conviction), except to the extent the requirements of this chapter are stricter than the requirements of Chapter 53 (Consequences of Criminal Conviction).
