Tex. Occ. Code Section 602.052
Appointment of Advisory Committee


(a)

The advisory committee consists of seven members appointed by the president of the medical board as follows:

(1)

four medical physicists licensed in this state who each have at least five years of experience as a medical physicist;

(2)

two physicians licensed in this state who each have at least five years of clinical experience related to medical physics; and

(3)

one member who represents the public.

Appointments to the advisory committee shall be made without regard to the race, color, disability, creed, sex, religion, age, or national origin of the appointee.
