Tex. Occ. Code Section 602.055
Terms; Vacancy


(a)

Members of the advisory committee serve two-year terms. The terms of the members expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.

(b)

A person is not eligible to serve more than two consecutive full terms.

(c)

If a vacancy occurs during a member’s term, the president of the medical board shall appoint a person to serve for the unexpired term.
