(b)

Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 2033.151 (Disciplinary Actions), if, after notice and hearing as provided by Section 2033.152 (Hearing Concerning Suspension, Revocation, or Refusal to Renew License), the commission finds that a racetrack license holder or a person employed by the racetrack has violated this subtitle or a commission rule, or if the commission finds during a review or renewal that the racetrack is ineligible for a license under this chapter, the commission may:

(1)

revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew the racetrack license;

(2)

impose an administrative penalty as provided under Section 2033.051 (Imposition of Penalty); or

(3)

take any other action as provided by commission rule.
