Tex. Agric. Code Section 148.064
Failure to Report to County

(a)

A person required by Section 148.012 (Reports to County)(a) of this code to file reports on slaughtered animals with the county commits an offense if the person fails to file a report as required by that section.

(b)

An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300.
