Tex. Occ. Code Section 2302.151
License Expiration


(a)

A license issued under this chapter is valid for the period prescribed by the board.

(b)

A person whose license has expired may not engage in the activities that require a license until the license has been renewed under this subchapter.

(c)

If the board prescribes the term of a license under this chapter for a period other than one year, the board shall prorate the applicable fee required under this chapter as necessary to reflect the term of the license.
