Tex. Occ. Code Section 2302.010
Rebuilding of Assembled Vehicle Prohibited

A salvage vehicle dealer may not, as part of engaging in a business or activity regulated under this chapter, rebuild an assembled vehicle, as defined by Section 731.001 (Definitions), Transportation Code.
