Tex. Occ. Code Section 2302.108
Disciplinary Action


(a)

The department may deny, suspend, revoke, or reinstate a license issued under this chapter.

(b)

The board by rule shall establish the grounds for denial, suspension, revocation, or reinstatement of a license issued under this chapter and the procedures for disciplinary action. A rule adopted under this subsection may not conflict with a rule adopted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.

(c)

A proceeding under this section is subject to Chapter 2001 (Administrative Procedure), Government Code.

(d)

A person whose license is revoked may not apply for a new license before the first anniversary of the date of the revocation.
