Tex. Occ. Code Section 203.502
Injunctions


(a)

In this section, “health authority” means a physician who administers state and local laws regulating public health under Chapter 121 (Local Public Health Reorganization Act), Health and Safety Code.

(b)

If the executive director or a health authority determines that a person has violated this chapter, the executive director may institute an action described by Section 51.352 (Injunctive Relief; Civil Penalty).
