Tex. Labor Code Section 91.045
Posting Requirements


(a)

Each license holder shall post in a conspicuous place in the license holder’s principal place of business in this state the license issued under this chapter.

(b)

Each license holder shall display, in a place that is in clear and unobstructed public view, a notice stating that the business operated at the location is licensed and regulated by the department and that any questions or complaints should be directed to the department.
