Tex. Labor Code Section 91.003
Interagency Cooperation


(a)

Each state agency that in performing duties under other law affects the regulation of professional employer services shall cooperate with the department and other state agencies as necessary to implement and enforce this chapter.

(b)

In particular, the Texas Workforce Commission, the division of workers’ compensation of the Texas Department of Insurance, the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, and the attorney general’s office shall assist in the implementation of this chapter and shall provide information to the department on request.
