Tex. Labor Code Section 62.203
Plaintiffs


(a)

An action to recover a liability under this subchapter may be brought by an employee for that employee and other similarly affected employees.

(b)

An employee may not be a plaintiff to an action brought under this subchapter unless:

(1)

the employee consents in writing; and

(2)

the consent is filed in the court in which the action is brought.
