Tex. Labor Code Section 410.103
Duties of Arbitrator


An arbitrator shall:

(1)

protect the interests of all parties;

(2)

ensure that all relevant evidence has been disclosed to the arbitrator and to all parties; and

(3)

render an award consistent with this subtitle and the policies of the division.
