Tex. Labor Code Section 102.073
Copies of Award; Issuance

(a)

The board shall issue three copies of the arbitration award.

(b)

The board shall:

(1)

file one copy of the award with the district clerk;

(2)

issue one copy of the award to the employer or receiver; and

(3)

issue one copy of the award to the employees or the employees’ representative.
