Tex. Labor Code Section 102.051
Arbitration Petition


A board may submit a written petition signed by a majority of the board to a district judge in the county in which the dispute or grievance arose. The petition must:

(1)

show that the board was selected according to the procedures set forth in this chapter;

(2)

state the nature of the dispute or grievance that is the subject matter of the arbitration; and

(3)

request the judge to issue an order establishing and approving the board.
