Tex. Labor Code Section 102.063
Reimbursement of Witness

A witness called by the board is entitled to receive:

(1)

50 cents a day for each day’s attendance; and

(2)

five cents a mile for each mile traveled by the shortest route to and from a board hearing where the witness’ attendance is required.
