Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 314A.104
Corrective Action Plan


(a)

The designated agency shall require a hospital operating under a certificate of public advantage to adopt a plan to correct a deficiency in the hospital’s activities if the designated agency determines that an activity of the hospital:

(1)

does not benefit the public as described by Section 314A.056 (Issuance of Certificate of Public Advantage)(a)(1)(A); or

(2)

no longer meets the standard prescribed by Section 314A.056 (Issuance of Certificate of Public Advantage)(a)(1).

(b)

The corrective action plan must include each provision required by the designated agency and must be submitted at the agency’s direction.
