Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 314A.058
Termination of Certificate of Public Advantage by Hospital

A hospital resulting from a merger agreement approved under this chapter may voluntarily terminate its certificate of public advantage by giving the designated agency notice at least 30 days before the date of the termination.
