Tex. Est. Code Section 752.004
Legal Sufficiency of Statutory Durable Power of Attorney


A statutory durable power of attorney is legally sufficient under this subtitle if:

(1)

the wording of the form complies substantially with the wording of the form prescribed by Section 752.051 (Form);

(2)

the form is properly completed; and

(3)

the signature of the principal is acknowledged.
