Use, Meaning, and Effect of Statutory Durable Power of Attorney


(a)

An individual may use a statutory durable power of attorney to grant an agent powers with respect to an individual’s property and financial matters.

(b)

A power of attorney in substantially the form prescribed by Section 752.051 (Form) has the meaning and effect prescribed by this subtitle.
