Report to Parents
(a)
The school district a student attends shall provide a record of the comparisons made under Section 39.034 (Measure of Annual Improvement in Student Achievement) and provided to the district under Section 39.302 (Report to District: Comparisons for Annual Performance Assessment) in a written notice to the student’s parent or other person standing in parental relationship.(b)
For a student who failed to perform satisfactorily as determined under either performance standard under Section 39.0241 (Performance Standards) on an assessment instrument administered under Section 39.023 (Adoption and Administration of Instruments)(a), (c), or (l), the school district shall include in the notice specific information relating to access to educational resources at the appropriate assessment instrument content level, including assessment instrument questions and answers released under Section 39.023 (Adoption and Administration of Instruments)(e).
