Tex. Educ. Code Section 13.203
Election


(a)

Each county judge receiving a valid petition shall:

(1)

issue an order for an election to be held on the same day in each county; and

(2)

give notice of the election.

(b)

The ballot in the election shall be printed to permit voting for or against the proposition: “Abolition of the ___________ Independent School District.”
