Payment to Children’s Advocacy Center


A judge who grants community supervision to a defendant charged with or convicted of an offense under Section 21.11 (Indecency With a Child) or 22.011 (Sexual Assault)(a)(2), Penal Code, may require the defendant to pay a fine in an amount not to exceed $50 to a children’s advocacy center established under Subchapter E (Definition), Chapter 264 (Child Welfare Services), Family Code.
