Certificate of Weight

(a)

A public weigher shall issue a certificate of weight to a buyer or shipper of citrus fruit that is required to be weighed under this subchapter.

(b)

The buyer shall deliver the certificate provided under this section to the seller prior to making an accounting or settlement on the transaction.
