Tex. Agric. Code Section 93.005
Registered Brands and Trademarks

(a)

Brands and trademarks and their United States grade definition shall, if eligible, be registered with the department.

(b)

To be eligible for registration, a brand or trademark must:

(1)

be defined by the minimum requirements of a grade, or a combination of grades, established under this chapter; or

(2)

meet or exceed the requirements of U.S. No. 2 grade.
