Certificate of Inspection

(a)

After completing a citrus fruit inspection the inspector shall issue to the shipper a certificate of inspection that designates the grade of the citrus fruit inspected.

(b)

A certificate of inspection issued under this section is prima facie evidence of the grade of the citrus fruit as of the time of inspection.
