Tex. Agric. Code Section 102.171
Penalty


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person:

(1)

violates a provision of a marketing agreement or license to which the person is subject; or

(2)

engages in a transaction mentioned in and regulated by a license to which the person is subject during the suspension or after the revocation of the person’s license.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.

(c)

A person commits a separate offense for each day during which the person acts under Subsection (a) of this section.
