Improvement Projects and Services

(a)

The district may provide, design, construct, acquire, improve, relocate, operate, maintain, or finance an improvement project or service using any money available to the district, or contract with a governmental or private entity for the provision, design, construction, acquisition, improvement, relocation, operation, maintenance, or financing of an improvement project or service authorized under this chapter or Chapter 372 (Improvement Districts in Municipalities and Counties) or 375 (Municipal Management Districts in General), Local Government Code.

(b)

An improvement project may be located inside or outside the district.
