Presumed Acceptance by Beneficiary; Disclaimer

(a)

Acceptance by a beneficiary of an interest in a trust is presumed.

(b)

A disclaimer of an interest in or power over trust property is governed by Chapter 240 (Texas Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act).
