Tex. Occ. Code Section 455.204
Display of License


(a)

A person who holds a license shall publicly display the license as specified by the department.

(b)

Each massage establishment must post in plain sight the license for each massage therapist who practices in the massage establishment.

(b-1)

The license of a massage therapist that is posted under Subsection (b) must have attached to the front of the license a photograph of the massage therapist.

(c)

Each massage school, massage establishment, massage therapy instructor, or massage therapist shall present the person’s license on the request of the department, an authorized representative of the department, or a peace officer.
