Tex. Occ. Code Section 2154.105
License Expiration Date


(a)

The commissioner by rule may provide for different expiration dates for the various types of licenses.

(b)

If the expiration date of a license is less than one year from the date of its issuance or anniversary date, the license fee shall be prorated on the basis of the number of months during which the license is valid. The total annual fee is payable each time the license is renewed.
