Tex. Occ. Code Section 2153.157
Registration Certificate Application Requirements

To obtain a registration certificate under this subchapter, a person must:

(1)

file with the comptroller a registration application on a form prescribed by the comptroller; and

(2)

pay a $150 registration fee to the comptroller for the business entity in which the owner exhibits the coin-operated machine that is the subject of the application.
