Notification of Availability of Implementation Standards

(a)

The secretary of state shall notify each registered athlete agent in writing of the availability, on request, under Section 2051.254 (Written Request for Implementation Standards) of a copy of the implementation standards of each institution of higher education.

(b)

Notice under Subsection (a) must include a statement that:

(1)

the standards adopted by an institution of higher education specify the policies of that institution relating to the time, place, and duration of athlete agent interviews conducted on the institution’s campus; and

(2)

each institution of higher education has a designated compliance coordinator who the athlete agent may contact for additional information.
