Tex. Occ. Code Section 2022.051
Executive Director; Duties


(a)

The commission shall employ an executive director. The executive director serves at the pleasure of the commission on a full-time basis and may not hold other employment.

(b)

The executive director shall:

(1)

keep the records of the commission; and

(2)

perform other duties required by the commission.

(c)

The executive director or the executive director’s designee shall provide to commission members and employees, as often as necessary, information regarding their qualification for office or employment under this subtitle and their responsibilities under applicable laws relating to standards of conduct for state officers or employees.
