Tex. Occ. Code Section 1704.107
Notification of License Suspension or Revocation

A board shall immediately notify each court and each local official responsible for the detention of prisoners in the county of:

(1)

the suspension or revocation of a license issued under this chapter; and

(2)

the revocation of the authority of a license holder’s agent.
