Tex. Occ. Code Section 1304.201
Disciplinary Action


On a finding that a ground for disciplinary action exists under this chapter, the commission or executive director may impose an administrative sanction or administrative penalty or seek a civil penalty or any other remedy as provided by this chapter and Chapter 51 (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation).
