Tex. Occ. Code Section 102.053
Exception for Certain Advertising


Section 102.051 (Soliciting Patients; Offense) does not prohibit:

(1)

placement in a newspaper of an advertisement of the person’s profession, business, or place of business; or

(2)

advertisement by handbill and payment for services in distributing the handbill.
