Tex. Occ. Code Section 102.008
Disciplinary Action

A violation of Section 102.001 (Soliciting Patients; Offense) or 102.006 (Failure to Disclose; Offense) is grounds for disciplinary action by the regulatory agency that issued a license, certification, or registration to the person who committed the violation.
