Tex. Labor Code Section 411.105
Confidential Information; Penalty


(a)

The division and its employees may not disclose at a public hearing or otherwise information relating to secret processes, methods of manufacture, or products.

(b)

The commissioner or an employee of the division commits an offense if the commissioner or employee wilfully discloses or conspires to disclose information made confidential under this section. An offense under this subsection is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 and by forfeiture of the person’s appointment as commissioner or as an employee of the division.
