Criminal Penalty


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person, as a principal, attorney in fact, agent, broker, or other representative, engages in the business of writing insurance on the Lloyd’s plan in violation of this chapter.

(b)

An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not more than $500.
