Tex. Ins. Code Section 941.206
Hazardous Financial Condition, Supervision, Conservatorship, and Liquidation; Impairment of Surplus


(a)

Subchapter A, Chapter 404 (Financial Condition), and Chapters 441 (Supervision and Conservatorship) and 443 (Insurer Receivership Act) apply to a Lloyd’s plan engaged in the business of insurance in this state.

(b)

Subchapter B, Chapter 404 (Financial Condition), applies to a Lloyd’s plan.
