Grounds for Disciplinary Action

(a)

The commissioner may discipline an adjuster or deny an application for a license under this chapter under a department rule or any applicable insurance law of this state.

(b)

Department rules may specify grounds for discipline that are comparable to grounds for discipline of other license holders under this title.
